Keisha Sethi is a wellness coach, public speaker, and passionate advocate for women’s health. After being diagnosed with PCOS in her early teens, Keisha spent years navigating symptoms, misinformation, and emotional exhaustion.
Through her lived experience and professional background in fitness and nutrition, she discovered a more balanced, holistic way to care for herself. Her journey inspired her to support other women living with PCOS and Thriving with PCOS is the book she wishes she had at the start of it all.
Keisha’s mission is simple: to help women feel empowered in their bodies again.
